Upon selecting the command the following form is displayed:

Method
Select the method for selecting point locations

   COGO Point

Sets selection mode to COGO Points (including linked Civil 3D COGO Points)

   CAD Point
Sets selection mode to CAD Point objects

Point 1
Set Point 1

Point Number
Type in a point number (if a COGO point) or use the pick button to the right to select a point from the drawing

Point 2
Set Point 2

Point Number

Type in a point number (if a COGO point) or use the pick button to the right to select a point from the drawing

[Results]
Lists the difference between selected points

Results include 2D distance, 3D distance, angle, height difference, slope, bearing, midpoint, azimult and projected distance.
